Willow Ponds on the Sound is a 222-unit condominium complex located 75 miles east of Manhattan in Riverhead, New York. Our residents enjoy 75 acres of park-like grounds situated on Long Island Sound. Other amenities include a clubhouse with gym, pool and two tennis courts (one of which is also lined for pickleball).

Unlike over-55 complexes, our community is not age-restricted and is made up of a wide-range of people from various backgrounds and professions. Some of us are retired, but many are still in the work force.
